Customer Cancellation Policy
It's important to understand our cancellation policy before you book. Please be aware of the conditions regarding cancellations and refunds to avoid any inconvenience.
Life happens - should you require to cancel or reschedule your booked tour, contact us as soon as possible, no later than 12 hours before your tour.
We will endeavour to find a suitable date to rebook your session, or provide a full refund if required.
Weather Cancellation Policy
While Yeppoon is undeniably a place of paradise, sometimes the weather is not always perfect!
Your safety is our priority - if we are unable to provide a safe and enjoyable jetski tour due to wild weather, we will work with you to reschedule your booked tour.
We will endeavour to find a suitable date to rebook your session, or provide a full refund if required.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
For the safety of all our riders, we maintain a strict drug and alcohol policy.
We do not allow anyone under the influence to participate in our tours.
Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We also reserve the right to cancel an individual's participation in the tour should they display threatening or offensive behaviours.
Release and Waiver Form Prior to a Tour
A requirement of participating in any of our Jetski Tours is to read and sign the Release and Waiver, either online after booking or a signed paper copy on arrival to your booked session.
All riders aged 16+ require a completed, signed Waiver before their booked session.
All passengers under the age of 18 years are required to have a parent or guardian to sign on their behalf.
