The Yeppoon Jetski Tours are launched from Rosslyn Bay Marina, Rosslyn Bay via Yeppoon, Queensland.
The Meeting point is on the beach right across from the Beaches Restaurant Resort - the Rosslyn Bay end of Kemp Beach (Beach Access RB1)

How old do I need to be to drive a jetski?
You need to be 16 years old or older to operate a Jetski on one of our tours.

Do I need a Licence to operate a jetski?
As our tours are guided tours, you do not require a jetski licence to participate.

Can I have a passenger on my jetski?
Yes! While the best experience on a jetski is being a solo driver, you may have a passenger accompany on the tour.
Note: The passenger also has to complete a Waiver before participating.
The passenger must be over 8 years old or 125cm. The child's parent/guardian is required to complete the Waiver

What should I expect during a typical jetski tour with you? Walk me through the experience.
A typical tour begins with a safety briefing and introduction to jetski operation. Then, you'll embark on a guided tour of the beautiful Yeppoon coastline, with opportunities to see local wildlife and enjoy the thrill of riding the waves.

Are there any safety requirements or restrictions people should know before booking a jetski tour?
Safety is our top priority. Participants should be aware of and adhere to all safety guidelines provided before the tour, and follow the directions of the tour guide at all times.
Certain medical conditions may restrict participation; please check with us when booking.
A release & waiver form is required to be read and signed before the tour, and a safety briefing is held before the tour commences.

Are there any health restrictions?
We do not recommend customers with back, neck or joint injuries to participate in jetskiing.
Pregnant women are also not advised to jetski.
If you are unsure of health restrictions that may affect you please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: in the event of falling off the jetski, you need to be in strong enough health to be able to pull yourself back on via the step.
What is included? Do I need my own lifejacket?
Life Jackets are provided for all participants in our Jetski Tours. We stock multiple sizes.
There will also be a waterproof bag in each ski where you can store your phone or keys if required while you are participating in the Tour.
For the 3-hour Island Tour, goggles and snorkels will also be provided.
BYO suncream, water, hat and sunglasses.

What should I wear on a jetski tour?
Remembering that you will be in the sun and going at speed across the water, if you prefer wearing a hat and sunglasses, be sure they are secured well!
Board shorts and a sunsafe shirt or rashie is recommended for riding a jetski.

Do you ever cancel a tour due to wild weather?
Yes - your safety is our priority - if we are unable to provide a safe and enjoyable jetski tour due to wild weather, we will work with you to reschedule your booked tour.
If a new date does not work for you, we are happy to refund.

What happens if I need to cancel my booked tour?
Please contact us up to 12 hours before your scheduled jetski tour to make any changes.
We will work with you to reschedule your booked tour, or if a new date does not work for you, we are happy to provide a refund.

Do you ever cancel a tour for other reasons?
We reserve the right to cancel an individual's participation in a tour if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
There is a ZERO tolerance of drugs and alcohol, as well as threatening and offensive behaviours.
